Delivery Times:

We ship international orders through the postal service. Orders are usually packed and ready to ship 1-2 business days after the order is placed, however when your parcel arrives in your country it is handed over to your local postal provider for delivery. Please allow for an additional 1-2 days customs clearance to some countries. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday.

Tracking Orders:

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a package tracking link. Lost / Undelivered Packages:

Once a package is assigned a tracking number and leaves our warehouse, the carrier is now responsible for that package. If your item is lost, was marked delivered but you are certain you did not receive it, you will need to file a claim with the carrier. We will do our best to expedite a replacement of your package, but we cannot refund or resend your items free of charge.
