Terms and Conditions:

Merchandise exchanges or returns for refund will only be accepted if the product is faulty, received in error or differs dramatically from the description supplied by boii. We do not refund for change of mind, lack of expertise for the use of product or differences in personal opinion. We do not exchange colors for a change of mind. We may also accept returns for other reasons at our discretion.

How To Return:

Returned goods must be in its original condition and include all the original packaging. If you believe your product is faulty or you wish to return your goods for other reasons, please email our customer service (service@boii.com.tw) within 7 days of purchase – include as many details as possible about the order and the problem with the goods.

Return Shipping Costs:

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Any goods returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the products or boxes. We are not responsible for any goods that are returned to us in error. We recommend you use a postal service that ensures you for the value of the products you are returning.

Warranty:

Boii facial cleansing machine comes with a one year warranty. The warranty covers only the main body of the product, excluding accessories, fittings and consumable items pertaining to the product. The warranty period begins to run as of the date of the invoice enclosed with the product at the time of shipment. All warranties are voided if returned product is found in any way to be mishandled, improper installation, modified, tampered, abused, physically damaged. Customers are responsible for any shipping and insurance cost involved in sending the warranty claim goods back to Boii. We are not responsible for any parcel missing in transit, on its return back to Boii.

How To Claim Your Warranty:

The serial number of the device is printed on the warranty card. You may also acquire the S/N from the QR code attached to the machine.
